Carolyn is a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and a British Sugarcraft Guild and W.I. accredited demonstrator. In September 2013 - Carolyn was made an honorary member of the British Sugarcraft Guild for her work within the Guild.
As well as creating cakes, she is passionate about helping others to enjoy sugarcraft; whether they are complete beginners or wish to further develop their skills. She has a broad experience of teaching and is a qualified trainer. Carolyn is also an accredited demonstrator/tutor on the Patchwork Cutters Website. She has demonstrated and taught Sugarcraft throughout the UK. Including Debenhams, Currys and internationally, including Holland at Planet Cake and "I love Cake" in Rotterdam, Sweden and in America at ICES. 1:1 tuition is available and booked to suit you. Carolyn can help you try sugarcraft for the first time, develop your skills and/or build your confidence. The course is tailored to your individual needs, including for hen nights and helping brides and mothers of the brides decorate that all important cake. Courses take place at her Crawley address, near Gatwick.
