Wedding Cakes: Buttercream & Royal Icing
For some people they prefer to have buttercreamed cakes or royal icing either because they do not like sugarpaste, or because they prefer the traditional styled cakes. Royal icing is a skilled technique which not all cake decorators will provide. Carolyn enjoys royal icing both as decorations and also as a covering but can be time consuming. So do not hesitate to ask for her advice.
